  They delivered my order after 1 hour and food was not so good fries were not even fresh And I asked them to add chilli inside my burger but they didn’t do that and also i said to them that I want room temperature cold drink with no ice but my drink was full of ice and cold

  Do not get this delivered. Delivery driver went to the wrong address, shouted at me????? Food covered and soaked in sprite and inedible.

  Terrible experience at the McDonald’s in Bentley Bridge, Wolverhampton. The store was cash only and not accepting card payments. I had completed the Food for Thought survey so I could redeem the cheaper Big Mac and fries offer, but when I tried to use it I was told I could only pay with cash. I explained that I didn’t have cash and had specifically come to redeem the offer, but the staff member just shrugged and said “there’s nothing I can do” with a very negative attitude. I asked if the manager could help, but instead I got more attitude and the same response – “either pay cash or nothing.” There was no effort to help or offer any solution. To make matters worse, I ordered food for my partner and added four chicken nuggets which never arrived. When my burger finally came, it was freezing cold. Overall the customer service in this store is terrible and the food quality was just as bad. Very disappointing experience and I would avoid this location if possible.

  The workers never seem to look at the order number and send out the right food items. I ordered extra cheese on my burger but removed a few things such as the pickles as I am a fussy eater. I got given somebody else’s burger with extra cheese on instead, but tons of pickles. Not to mention it was stone cold anyway even if I wanted to eat it. The fries are never ever salted anymore and they’re always freezing and some of them are stale as if batches of the fries have been mixed, especially late at night if the workers can’t be bothered to make fresh fries. They are also skimping out on the portions of fries lately, making them smaller and smaller by not filling the boxes, probably in an attempt to boost profit and reduce costs. Drinks are made instantly and just left to sit on the side until the rest of the order is ready, so it’s best not to order a hot drink as they also go cold. If you want a hot McDonald’s that tastes half decent go to Bilston or the Stafford road as in my experience it’s loads better.
